Proof of Life
A service for pensioners receiving current payment from Panama's Social Security Institution and residing within the consular jurisdiction.
- The proof of life document must be completed in Spanish.
- The process is completed during the first six months of the year, from January to June.
- The reference cites Circular DGPE-DC-No. 1647 and indicates that if proof of life is not sent before July, payment may be withheld by Social Security.
- An appointment must be requested with the consular office.
- After certification by the consulate, the document can be sent by courier to the Social Security Department address indicated by the office.
