- Applicant must appear in person at the consulate.
- Application, fingerprint, and signature forms signed at the office.
- Copy and original of the current passport.
- Copy and original of valid Panamanian ID card.
- Recent color passport photographs on white background.
Passport for minors
- Minor must appear with both parents or legal guardians.
- Original birth certificate or document proving parental authority.
- Copies of parents' or guardians' valid identification documents.
- Current passport, if renewal applies.
- Recent passport photographs according to official requirements.
Lost or stolen passport
- Report the loss or theft to the competent local authority.
- Bring the police report or official complaint document.
- Present Panamanian ID or another document that verifies identity.
- Contact the consulate before attending to confirm the procedure.
